The foreign trade and customs services we offer our clients are intended to: (i) provide assurance on the correct compliance with foreign trade and customs tax obligations;
(ii) maximize effectiveness and efficiency in calculating duties based on the various benefits set out in Mexico’s trade treaties held with various countries and,
(iii) detect and correct the risks that can arise from improper compliance with our clients’ usual foreign trade and customs operations.
Some of the services we offer are as follows:
- Advisory on the import of goods – temporary, final, bonded warehouse, among other customs regimes
- Specific study of the various benefits provided in the free trade agreements held by Mexico, such as the USMCA, EU-Mexico Trade Agreement, CPTPP, Pacific Alliance, FTA-Mexico-Japan
- Analysis to determine the origin of goods and certificates of origin
- Obtaining customs export development programs: IMMEX, PROSEC, Rule 8th, VAT Certification and IEPS (Special Tax on Production and Services)
- Control of temporary import inventories related to foreign trade – Annex 24 and 31.
